I have tried to contact this company several times and they always transfer my call and disconnect me. Fcnb loves to charge late fee $35 even when you send payment out 7 days prior to due date.
I have forgot to send a payment and had to pay an $8 expedite fee, but payment was still not guaranteed to post in time. Fortunately they did not charge a 35$ late fee. This company is the worst I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. All I can say is Thank God they are no longer in business. They make it so difficult to dispute unwanted charges that they hope you will just give up and pay the fees.
