Stated that they have created a judgement on me on Nov. 4 with Essex County Court.in the letter, a doc number was provided, and indicated that I cannot call to settle.
The two letters sent were on Nov. 18 2009. I moved to my new address before that date. They are suing me for $930, for a debt that I do not recall in having.included in one of the letters is a 3 page questionaire asking updated financial personal information. It seems they are using NJ discovery laws to create evidence against me.
I am a student who cannot afford attorney, the money, and unemployed. Please help.
