First 4 Companions
Scammed

I found an advertisement in the Daily Echo whilst I was searching for a new job. I sent them my CV and within half an hour I had a phone call from them. I had a sort of interview over the phone and was told that if I signed up for the executive companion package, I would earn £800 for 3 hours work, with an earning of £250 per hour after. I would also be able to work abroad for this. All I had to do was pay them £700 for my advertising.

I was told I had 2 bookings confirmed and that there was no way they could cancel on me, so I paid them the money thinking I would make my money back straight away. They were so convincing, and told me time and again that I would have no problem getting bookings because I was stunning and young and that there was plenty of work in my area.in fact, they said I was expected to do 2 bookings a week.

Mysteriously, the 2 bookings I had were not known about. I have been phoning them every week since the middle of August and they always say the same thing... You've had plenty of interest but no confirmation, we're working really hard for you, please be patient. And I can never seem to speak to the person who originally recruited me.

I ended up sending them a nasty email saying I had contacted trading standards and that even though we didn't have a written contract a verbal one was as legally binding. I got a reply saying that they were doing eveything they could for me and that they would suggest me changing my photos as they weren't very good. When I sent them the photos originally, the girl said I was beautiful and that I would get bookings on my photos alone!

I then got a phone call the next day saying that they had noticed I had no bookings from them (funny as I've been calling them every week) and that would I be interested in being a 'Constant Companion' as there was a guy who was interested in me. I said yes, and they actually asked me for more money! You don't even want to know what I said to her, I was livid!

DO NOT give this company money, it is a big fat scam and it should be illegal. They only get away with it because they display terms and conditions on their website, which you don't actually get to see until you've paid. These T & C's state that it is not their fault if you don't get bookings and bookings are not guaranteed. I strongly believe that they do not intend to provide you with the service they offer you - I am an attractive 21 year old girl who gets plenty of offers to be taken out just by walking down the street without having to pay £700 first to get a bloody date!!! Getting bookings should be a doddle for me. I want justice, I told them it was all the money I had and I even said I wasn't gonna pay them. They reassured me they would look after me. If I don't get this money back soon, I am going to be living on the street. They are liars and cheats - DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
