I have booked a room in Lisbon for my coming vacation in September through [URL Removed] Firstly they did not disclose the fact that the Hotel had NO PARKING and more importantly they also did not disclose that one CANNOT CANCEL those bookings!
It is fraught with danger and I would strongly recommend that travellers do not use this site for bookings as they are in for nasty surprises.
When I phoned customer services with this complaint, they terminated the call.
Please avoid!
