Handybook has been an OK service... But recently theyve been a problem. Handy charged me for 3 separate bookings on the same day—obviously its not something i did and ive cancelled all the bookings for this account... I called handybook to cancel and get a FULL refund b/c none of this was my fault—i got 3 nasty incompetent insane stupid moronic females all in a row—horrid people. Creatures, who seemed to act as if i made all three bookings in a day and as if it was my fault—all 3 females were retarded moronic scumbags... Finally the last female i got a dumb n*gger female, was cancelling my bookings but telling me i would get a 15 late charge fee for each booking!!! For bookings I NEVER MADE?!! Who would make THREE bookings in one day—this incompetent piece of turd was ludicrous... She was just trying to be an annoying piece of sh*t just to piss me off... She acted as if it was my fault for these bookings. What a horrible company and service. Also in the past handy charged me 29.00 extra and even though a supervisor acknowledged i shouldn't be charged the amount, they couldn't refund me... The company has a*holes working for them who commit fraudulent actions and steal from customers. Beware of this company
