First Consumers National Bank RIPOFF! Fraudulent ripoff business & late fees It is like the company doesn't exist anymore

This late fee fraud has been going on since June and now it has happened in July. I don't understand how they can do this. I can find anyone to talk to about my account and it is not fair. It is like the company doesn't exist anymore. When is this going to stop. Is there anyone customers can talk to?
