First Consumers National Bank ripoff, they do not send monthly statements then they charge a late charge

I get my monthly statement and several times a year
they don't sent them and i get charge a late fee everytime.

I try to contact them but all i get is a recording. So i end up paying $29.99 late fee everytime, i can't ask them for credit because i do not get to talk to anybody and i am tired of this every month its the samething.
