I am appalled to learn that Ocwen has done to others what it has done to me.in Aug my mortgage servicing was transferred to Ocwen, but my payment for Aug wasn't & has never been found, to date.
After lots of calls, back & forth and Ocwen sending payments back, refusing payments, etc., they proceeded to foreclosure in Jan. I paid over $6,000 in fees, etc. To save my home, paid elevated payments for 1 yr, then fought with them, they wanted to do another year in foreberance, when in fact, they year's foreberance had caught me up (should have anyway).
Long story short - they are a nightmare to deal with, and I want to know how to contact someone to join the class action suit (Hanson vs. Ocwen).
