Another Ocwen nightmare... Our loan was with TB&W since 07, we had no problems Ocwen took over Aug 09, then the nightmare began. We have been battling with them over payments that were made to TB&W. Ocwen says the have no bookkeeping from TB&W... We have sent copies of payments we had called... Nothing has come of this. Now they say our acct is frozen, and they suggest doing a modication, a 40 year loan... What? We only owe 18 years, why would I agree to such maddness. Ocwen says that we are not on the foreclosure list.
There we six homes in the local paper that we foreclosed on, these we call Ocwen homes. Can't help but wonder how many of these people are in similar circumstances. Can we really trust these people? Ocwen is truely stealing the American Dream away. We both work, we have two small children, we pay our bills... We don't live above our means... We would just like to keep our home... But at this point... We knows. Maybe God has a bigger plan, just pray it does not include Ocwen.
