Ripoff unjustified late fees, no customer service We should not be forced to take this blatant misuse of billing practice!

Another voice from the ripped-off population speaks out! I always send my payments at least 2 weeks in advance of the due date, however last month, they posted the payment one day after the due date, hitting me with the $35 late fee. And guess what? They are doing it to me again this month! I sent my payment for July the 2nd week of June, however as of today, July 7, it still has not posted to my bank. I am willing to bet that this payment will post on July 9 - one day after the due date, and I am going to get stuck again.

I was astounded by the number of people they are being allowed to do this to - and following the advice of one of the other complaintants, filed a complaint at http://www.doj. State. Or.Us/FinFraud/ConCompForm.htm in hopes of getting some satisfaction. I urge all of you to do the same! We should not be forced to take this blatant misuse of billing practice!
