Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I mailed my payment on july 6th and have not received credit for it yet and today's date is july 17th. I will give it another week. I spoke with Chantel on the 15th and she promised to
credit my account when she recieves the payment and remove late
charges.

My June Payment was mailed to the same address but for sone reason I made the check out to newport news and mailed it on
the 3rd of june and it cleared my bank on june 6th. This check was made out to fcnb processing center but to the same address
and I am still waiting for it to be posted. Chantel said " the
". Payment had to be re-routed ".
