I was a client of James (Jim) Heitzer and sustained large losses due to his lies, misappropriation of funds, excessive mark ups, along with lack of conscience and complete acts of willful malice regarding my investment funds. I was awarded a principal amount of $150,000.00 plus interest at 9% plus attorney fees, plus $50,000.00 in punitive damages, plus court costs which now amount to approximately $500,000.00. And have been trying to collect it since late 1999 which was filed in the Superior Court Of New Jersey Hudson County Docket # HUD1-008910-99. Case moved to Georgia March Case# 2002A-6363-3 This man has avoided by means of hiding ALL of his assets in other peoples names including family members, friends and co workers. He has reportedly earned more than $250,000.00 a year and yet has not paid me one penny.
