I've a Macy's charge card that I exposed many months before. I've a low-balance and ensured I settled my statement promptly each month... Until a few months before, I created my cost 3 days late. Sadly, Macyis doesn't permit you to have reaccuring funds and also the only choice would be to spend by check, telephone (to get a big charge) or online. I had been billed a $25.00 late charge that published to my next weeks statement. The following month, I settled my late charge and minute. Balance about the deadline. Fearing another late charge, I created another cost oneday prior to the deadline. Many times later I began recieving calls from Macyis about why I'd not created a fee for that month! What?! Evidently, the cost made each day before my real deadline published to that particular month DESPITE THE FACT THAT I had been not in standard and present on funds. Therefore today I've ANOTHER overdue charge! I've 3 additional charge cards and may not comprehend their thinking behind this when I haven't expirenced this with another charge card before. I approached the client support quantity, talked to somebody who might hardly speak Language, and all he kept asking me to complete was create another cost. To better recognize their plan, I requested many times when there is JUST ONE day trip of the whole month I am ready to create a cost without fee. He mentioned that I will create a cost anyday of the month. But when I can not spend each day early... And that I cannot spend each day overdue without having fee... Hmmm... Ultimately he got the $25.00 late charge off my consideration that we was greatful for and advised myself to simply create a cost about the 1st of each month. TODAY this month I received my statement having a late charge! I understand I settled about the 1st! I called the amount... Again... And speaking with somebody who hardly spoke Language and recognized they charged me a late charge about the EVENING THAT IT WAS DUE! What?! I am positive that I settled about the 1st, however it was overdue at night, and didn't publish before following day. He was not able to assist me and declined to remove my late charge simply because they assisted me out before, but could happily get another cost. Again, he couldn't describe why they charged me a late charge your day it had been due.
