Beware!!! Don't use this bank for credit of all kinds

We've an automobile loan with this specific lender plus they provide us a "grace time" to prevent late fees. It's roughly 15 times every month. We've been named again and again about the 10th time of the grace time, searching for their cost. We've been named Sunday mornings at 8 A.M. And we've actually been named New Year's trip to 8 A.M. We've been informed by their customer support representatives our acceptance time is just 10 days-even though I'd my cost guide in my own palm... *sigh*

Then... My spouse gets a charge card from their store... He eventually ends up above his control 30 days.
