Suggested with me on phone backwards and forwards showing me i did so wrong and that i was wrong for paying my bill promptly within the month it was due. It had been due on 28th and that i settled 20 times prior about the 8th. They said i cant do this and refused to justify. They were talking insane. This really is totally illegal and that i need them charged for thier steps. They charged me absorbitant charges for thier error. The idiot actually said if you create 12 various obligations for more compared to minute pmt in jan that dosent mean you fo not need to pay for your bill for the rest of the season. I told the fool i didnt pay twice in same month. I settled once in august plus one in sept. Obviousy our 8/20 pmt was intended for that 8/28 bill and our 9/8 pmt was intended for that 9/28 bill. Duh? Why would they believe i needed a fee created 12 days after the final statement deadline to be credited to the prior weeks statement which was already paid double the minimum. Our september bill was paid promptly as well as for multiple the minute pmt however they declare i didnt make any payments for september, that i created two for august and therefore obtain punished with fees and they needed $589 pmt the following month in the place of $129.
