I have made multiple attempts (via phone and website) to contact Peak 5 for the purpose of processing my auto payment. Thus far, all attempts have proven unsuccessful. Having phoned Peak 5 directly (877-236-7672), I was unable to connect with a CSR; repeatedly receiving a busy-signal. Multiple attempts also failed when I tried to connect to the Peak 5 company website: (http://www.peak5.com); a "broken-link" message appears. I also tried to access the website by typing the former company names/service-providers: Centrix Financial Services and Flatiron Financial Services. These measures also proved unsuccessful; as the "broken-link" message appeared on their respective websites.
My dilemma: How do I continue to make 'good' on my loan obligation and avoid potentially adverse consequences while unable to make contact with Peak 5?
