I have made multiple attempts (via phone and website) to contact Peak 5 for the purpose of processing my auto payment, which has take out every 15 of the month. Thus far, all attempts have proven unsuccessful. Having phoned Peak 5 directly (877-236-7672), I was unable to connect with a CSR; repeatedly receiving a busy-signal. Multiple attempts also failed when I tried to connect to the Peak 5 company website: (http://www.peak5.com); a 'broken-link' message appears. I also tried to access the website by typing the former company names/service-providers: Centrix Financial Services and Flatiron Financial Services aswell as call their old number, they do not work. These measures also proved unsuccessful; as the 'broken-link' message appeared on their respective websites, I am not understand this.

My dilemma, How do I continue to make 'good' on my loan obligation and avoid potentially adverse consequences while unable to make contact with Peak 5, when they felt to withdraw funds on the 15 as stated and agree upon in the contact? I am ask for help, this has take place a few times. If this matter is affected our man and women in uniform, I can only think of those that are and have been effected on the home front that are not in uniform.
