On 07/27/09, We have made multiple attempts (via phone, website, and thru MoneyGram) to contact Peak 5 for the purpose of processing my auto payment. We've been unsuccessful to all attempts. Having phoned Peak 5 directly (877-236-7672), I was unable to connect with a CSR; repeatedly receiving a busy-signal also failed when I tried to connect to the Peak 5 company website: (http://www.peak5.com); a 'broken-link' message appears, also went to MoneyGram and the computer was saying invalid account number. I've tried again today (07/28/09) and repeatedly receiving a busy tone and 'broken-link' message appeared on their respective websites.
My question is how do I continue to make my loan payment if there's no Company? How do we avoid the consequences for not making a payment because of the lack of services Peak 5 has given us.
