I have made multiple attempt (via phone and website) to contact peak5 for the purpose of processing my auto payment. Thus far, all attept have proven unsuccessful. Having phone peak 5 directly 877-236-7672 i was unable to connect with a csr; repeatedly receiving a busy signal. Multiple attempts also failed when i tried to connect to the peak5 company website; http;//www.peak5.com) a broken link message apppears. I also tried to access the website by typing the former company names/service-providers centrix financial services. These measure also proved unsuccessful as the broken-link message appeared on their respective website. My dilemma is How do i continue to make good on my loan obligation and avoid potentially adverse consequences while unable to make contact with peak5? Do this come exist or not tell me what i can do about this situation please contact me as soon as possible or mail me some paper work
