STUDNET LOAN MODIFICATION Minneapolis minnesota

I recieved a call at my job from an un-identifed woman saying she was from a company called allied interstate, and wanted to resolve my student loan. I explained to her that I was @ work, and couldn't talk, especially at that time. I work in the restaurant business, and she called @ a very busy time of night.

When I called the next day, I was out in touch with "pedro". He seemed very professional, and willing to assist. When I explained that the only reason why I never paid my student loans, was simply because my loans changed carriers so many times that I didn't know where to send my money he was understanding, and wanted to "rehabilitate" my loan and get it in good standing.

I recieved a contract the next day, and everything seemed fine. I signed it and faxed it back. Shortly after, I got word that my hours were going to have to take a cut @ work (which is typical this time of year in the restaurant business, regardless of the economy). When I called again, to make a onther agreement, agoan "Pedro" was helpful.

We re-negotiated the terms of the "modification" and everything seemed fine. We agreed that instead of taking out $132.00 2 weeks back to back, we would take out 2 $90.00 payments in one week, and keep the payments monthly @ that amount ($90.00).

To my surprise, $132.00 was debited out anyway, and 1 week to early, leaving me in the negitive over $200.00, including another overdraft fee.

I'm nervous that they will continue to debit my account, and continue to put me in "the red". Does anybody have any advice on what to do?

To be continued...
