MAtrix Laser Systems being an adviser of Medpro, more particularly Bob Martin and Nancy Hawk stated that they'd restore our laser hair treatment handpiece and alternatively, ceased returning our telephone calls and e-mails, charged our charge card for $7,500 and after 6 six weks, delivered us a "fixed" laser hand-piece that didn't function. They took our cash and our laser handpiece. They lied to us repeatedly, originally declaring they might deliver us a loaner handpiece until our handpiece was fixed and not delivered a loaner handpiece or fixed our handpiece.
We're along the way of processing legal and civil grievances. DON'T CONDUCT BUSINESS with MedPro, Matrix Laser Systems, Bob Martin or Betty HAwk.
