Stealing money from Credit Card

TLG purchaed my credit card & Identity information from Buy.com.

Merrick Bank the credit card issuer stands behinf TLG and allows them to max out the credit card.
Even after accouint numbers changed Merrick Bank writes to TLG and gived them the new account number which they use to make charges under several company names
