Sept we purchased a very expensive cosmetic laser system. It arrived incomplete. We were promised that the laser would be repaired and upgraded to the level that was paid for. More email's and phone calls than I can count promising to have service sent out and still as of May there has been no service. Don't trust this company to sell you a warrantied used laser.
