To express that I've been dissatisfied by USAA in managing my refi will be a major exaggeration. I've been with USAA for over 20 years - and also have been pleased using their customer support. Therefore much actually, we've our checking/savings and vehicle/home/life insurances together.
But - due to their bad support, wrong info, and common inepitude - we are shifting our records. If you should be a USAA member and therefore are looking for a mortgage - save your self the suffering - PROCEED ELSE-WHERE!!!
