Hopefully this goes out to "Whomever means" (Maybe United Nations os SOmeone)
that can help END this type of "Constitutional Rights"... Specially Article 16 and 17 of the Mexican COnstitution, that States something similar to the "Collection Agency Act" here in the USA, But in MEXICO Authorities and Governments are not respecting!
