I too got a call in June from this company stateing that they could save me money on my credit card intrest rates. They charged me $800 and said that someone was going to call me. A gentelmen did call and I gave him all my balances, etc. They sent me a roadmap book giving me an idea of what they could do. After that no one called and my interest rates didn't change.
I called and talked to the reps and asked for that gentelmen that I had talked to before and he was always busy. I then asked for a refund and they hung up on me. So I kept calling and they kept telling me no sorry we can't give you a refund. Eventually the phone number became unworkable and I still have no refund.
I want my $800 back! I am going to report them to the BBB and see what they can do or maybe talk to a lawyer I don't know.
