Received phone call Thursday afternoon, was jostled from one person to another to convince me that they could save me money by getting credit card companies to lower interest rates, save guaranteed $4000 and pay off debt 3-5 times faster. They get your credit card information on the guise that they need to check your financial health and see if you qualify. They ask your annual income. They check your credit card balances so they can charge you $1295 on one or a number of your cards. They refuse to allow you to discuss this with other members of your family or think about their proposal and call them back saying that the credit card companies provided them with your information and if you refuse their service, the credit card companies will not reduce interest rates for you and will actually increase them.
Was told could get a full refund after discussing with my family. After a further call from them late that evening, we refused their service but they ran and charged our credit cards anyway. I was not even an authorized user on credit cards they used and they still ran cards. When discovered, called them wanting to be refunded. Was told refund policy was expired, had 3 days to cancel. When they were finally convinced there was no authority to charge credit cards, by contacting credit card company, they backtracked and said it would all be referred to refunds review and said we would receive a call back within 24 hours (yeah right). Rang credit card companies, informed of fraudulent activity on cards and payments will be refunded.
