I have been having a lot of trouble with this bank taking money from my account without any permission or me not knowing why. I have made calls to them, went into an office and gotten nowhere. I was overdrawn over five hundred dollars in my account.
Recently I revisited an office and had attempted to close my account, and the little man in the suit copied my license and said he would take care of it, that it would be closed in two to three business days. That was approximately one month and one week ago.
I received an e-mail to my in-box that was a statement from Bank Of America that stated I was negative eight dollars and an odd amount of change. I called the bank, I told her there had been no activity on that account in over a month. She said the "maintenance fee" of the eight dollars was from last month and just posted to my account last night.
I closed the account over a month ago. There has been no activity on the account. I get charged last night for something from last month. I've never been charged a maintenance fee before so why are they doing it now?
I do not recommend this bank, they rip you off by taking your money
