1. Opened CitiCard account 3/9/09, low limit, but accepted as they promised 0% interest through 12/09.
2. Charged first transaction on 4/10/09 for less than $10.
3. Tried to pay balance in full online multiple times in April. System would not accept payment saying $0 due must wait for new billing cycle, and can only pay every 15 days?!
4. Accrued more balance, about $300 prior to next billing cycle. Used card intentionally for both ThankYou Network Points, and 0% interest.
5. First day of new statement 5/13/09, was finally able to log in and pay balance... BUT only allowed to pay $8.30 from 1 charge in April.
6. Checked card history in 06/09 and noticed finance charges from the 0% card?!
7. Called Citicard, was told finance charges due to late payment in April.
8. Currently disputing late payment and finance charges with Citicard.
Very disappointing and frustrating. I've never had a late payment ever.
