Surveys Online, Work At Home Hides monthly fees until you get bombarded with the fees Reno, Nevada

I was looking for work at home that I would be able to do, since I am disabled. When I read through Business E Trades website, it seemed easy enough. And reasonable enough!

I couldn't find any where on the website where there was a monthly charge of any kind, even when I glanced through the license and agreement. All I seen was the initial fee of $1.95 (7). It also had another website connected with it that cost $1.97 (5), and here again I seen no where, where there were any additional charges. So I went ahead and signed up for both websites.
This was on a Friday afternoon, two weeks ago.

I tried for the rest of the day that Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, as well as Monday morning and could not access their website, with the user id and password that they gave, no less! Needless to say, I am very frustrated with them!

So, on May 25th, after three days of attempting to log on to both websites, and contacting them to verify user id and password several times, and still not being able to log on, like I said with the user id and password that they gave me, I decided to cancel the websites. This was so just incase they snuk something in that I didn't see.

The one website I was able to cancel out with no problems what so ever. I looked all over Business E Trade's website and could not find any where, where to cancel it out. So I figured that since the two websites were connected, that the one cancelation was good enough.

Wrong thing to do!!!

On May 29th, they charged my account $81.32 (and mind you, I am on DISABLITY). Needless to say, I flipped out. I contacted my bank and got their name and number and called them. When I called, they were very rude and abnoxious! Stating that if you would have read the very fine print, you would have seen that you only had a seven day trial period, then you would have been charged unless you canceled.

I tried to explain to him that I checked out his website, and did not see the monthly charge, nor did I see where to cancel out when I went through to cancel it out. He insisted on charging me! He didn't give a damn wheither I was on disable, nor the fact that it took part of my medication and grocery money.

Needless to say this is very frustrating!!!
