You may cancel the Online Assistance Membership anytime during your two-week trial, and your credit/debit card will not be charged for the monthly membership charge for this service. Once this trial period is over however, your credit/debit card will be charged for the monthly membership, and will continue to be charged until cancelled by you.
You may cancel this service at any time by contacting our customer service department by calling toll-free from anywhere from the US or Canada, (800) 986-2720, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM Mountain Time.
