When I called customer service they charged me $2.00 just to speak to someone about unauthorized charges! They would talk. 3 and 1.00 I dealt with it until today when 107.00 was pending and I asked them who the money was going to and why?!! They couldn't answer me and gave me the number to a company that didn't charge my account! They said they they do not stop payment and that there was nothing that they can do. I am so upset! There is an option for a paper statement, after requesting it three times I called customer service again (2.00) they said that they don't issue paper statements! I don't know how to get my money back! Someone please help me!
