ICM Websites ICM Websites took money from my bank account that was not authorized

The Internet Cash Machine websites took $139.95 out of my bank account with no authorization. When I first encountered this company I was very skeptical about giving my credit card information over the internet. But as I read all the details of this company and them stating that only $2.97 was going to be charged to my credit card was very excited about being able to work from home.
ICM indicated that the one time charge of $2.97 was so they could send me the product in the mail. I could look it all over and start earning my thousands of dollars and could cancel at any time. The website showed all the testomonies of people who started the business and copies of the checks they earned were also posted.
I only did this because is was on the news of how great and legit this company is.
I recieved an email from the ICM welcoming me and giving me the information of my login name that I had created myself and a password. The email indicated to activate my account I had to visit the website and enter my login id and password. I tried that and was not able to log into the site using the information they provided me.
I NEVER activated my account. I had tried several times for five days straight to login from the initial time of me signing up and receiving the email on May 5th. I quit and thought that once I get the product in the mail from them it would be easy to get this activated and start. Once again I am stating I never received anything in the mail from ICM.
I have read several testomonies from usacomplaints.com site that the exact same thing happen to many others. A rebuttle from ICM states to one of victims that the terms and condition state very clearly that once the account is set up we must confirm our personal information to make sure everything is correct by logging into the website. Once again I never did this or activated the account. So with that said nothing should have been taken out of my bank account.
ICM goes on to say that in terms and condition is states a 3-day trial and continue the path to making money will be billed a one-ime fee of $139.95 and a montly fee and we can cancel any time as I mentioned above. So if we get a 3-day trial but don't log into the website or dont get the product so we can have that 3-day trial, how can ICM charge us? They obviously have access to see the account and see that it isn't activated. The $2.97 was taken out of my account on May 8th and the $139.95 was taken out on May 12th, four days of the last transaction.
Once I called my bank regarding the $139.95 I asked them if there was a number posted next to the transaction of a number to call. I was given 877-863-3877 and I tried that number serveral times and all it would do is ring busy. I tried several times to call 877-863-3088 as well and as soon as I mention I want this canceled, I got hung up. Like so many others. I have reported this to my bank as a fraudulent act on this company and I expect a refund credit back to my account in my name.
