I think Suntrust is a ripoff, when you check your availability and pending items and your told you have X amount available... Yet two days laters you receive overdraft notices. Suntrust need to make things clearer. Yes we as adults should balance our accounts better... Sometimes checks are not cashed by the recipients as we would like. I thought that I have overdraft protection but was told that I didnot have it... I have been with this company for many years and have never felt so disappointed. I will tell my family and friends to go with Wachovia or bank of America.
