SunTrust is horribly disorganized. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing.
The people running the company should be fired by the stockholders, Why don't the departments within the bank talk to each other? Why must I have to spend like 2-3 hours on the phone again for an error by the bank? This is absolutely absurd.
Never use SunTrust for any kind of mortgage. The bank has no internal communication,
There appear to be no timelines, no quality controls, and understandably irritated and frustrated staff. I would be ashamed if I worked for SunTrust, and the corporate management should be ashamed too.
They kept telling me that the fax that was received and for some reason always some document is missing, They kept asking to refax the same documents again, even though I mailed it to them they say that your pkg was received and it’s under review, then when I call to follow up they tell me that they missing a document which I send many times…..
This bank is horrible.
I am advising all my family friends and everyone NOT TO GO TO SUNTRUST. Terrible experience!
I was already ticked of at SunTrust but, after this, I am also going to the U.S. Attorney, the Federal Banking Commission and anyone else that will listen and help me with my mortgage loan.
