I have had 3 late fees in the last 6 months. I do not receive the monthly statements, only the late notices. I have finally caught on and am mailing payments without statements.
We will see how that works out. They charge a $15 fee to take payments on the phone or online. Also, if you pay online, there is an additional charge. What is up with that?
