If you have been damaged by fairbanks capital corp or any of it's subisdiarys, ie misapplied payments, unfair charges, late posting of payments, etc. I am contacting a local lawer but may go with a topeka lawer if there is enough response and try to make this a class suit thanks
Ps I'm not an lawer. Every other month I get a forclosure notice because they are not applying payments as the should and the minimum wage idiots that answer the phones don't have a clue! They said mortgage companys or loans. Fairbanks is not in the business or mortgages, just screwing people like me with less then perfect credit
