We paid a deposit to Summit Commercial Finance for a lease we signed with them for some equipment. After receiving the equipment they tried to increase the rate of the lease by 7% We had signed all docs needed to activate the lease prior to this. We where forced to return the equipment. Summit Commercial Finance has yet to return the deposit money to us.
This is fraud We paid money for a service - No service has been received No refund has been paid.
These people can not be trusted there word means nothing.
They have promised to pay on multiple occasions but still nothing. It has been 4 months now.
