Mervynis closed-in our region many months before. I'd not looked therein nearly 24 months, & hadn't obtained any expenses from their website. On Thursday, April 2, I obtained a phone from the lady who stated she labored for firstsource, an assortment company attempting to gather $20.41 which was a poor debt from Mervyn's. I stated that I'd not looked there for a significant while & had gotten no expenses. She cited an address, where I'd never existed. Actually, it's a shopping mall. I stated that I had been sure I'd not created a purchase, that I'd bought a house lately without any credit problems. I'd spend if she might deliver mean itemized record & easily had created the purchase. She stated she'd deliver me a declaration, confirmed my handle. Why was I named before a declaration was delivered? I requested that she notice my consideration that I not be called again. Another ask Friday, April 3, same conversation. Mon, April 6 a next phone from India. I discussed again. A lot of calls so near together is nuisance. He explained it wasn't nuisance, simply performing his work, which he 'gets his cash from you (me)'. Advised him I'd record him to department of Consumer Affairs & hungup.
