Midland Credit Management
Won't Give me information on a old debt that they purchased. They state the debt was open 1n 8 and the first deliquency was in 07

I had check my credit report and noticed that an old debt was showing up as a new debt. The old debt was deliquent in Now the credit report states the date of this old account was opened in 8. The original debt is a Hsbc
credit card account, I contacted midland credit management and asked them for proof of when they bought this debt, They hung up on me.in my opinion

I believe this company is not telling the truth, Why would they refuse to send me proof of when they purchased this account which i am entitled to. I wish there was an attorney out there that would do something about this company. If i find out they did not purchase this account in 8 i am going to sue them, because i have proof from the credit bureau of them stating this account was open in 8.
