I have a good one about Ge Capital Con in Louisville, Ky. I have been using bill payment thur the company I work for, so i decided to pay my Best Buy bill thur this bill payment.
Well for the last two months I have received phone calls from the company about my payment being late. I have it taken out on the fourteenth of each month.
When I received a phone call in Feburary I told them I do the bill payment and the payments are taken out of my account on the fourteenth of each month.
Well, I called the one eight hundred number and checked and come to find my Feburary payment was posted on the nineteenth of Feburary and they called me on the twentyfourth.
The samething happend in March too. I got a phone call about the twentyfourth saying they havent received the payment and I told them again that I do the bill payment and it is taken out the fourteenth. I called them again on the twentyseventh because the payment had not been posted yet and told them again that i do the bill payment and to wait a few days. I had to call the bill payment department that deals with the online bill payments so they could check into it.
Well on the twentyeighth I got another phone call, I told them the samething I had said the night before. I called the one eight hundred number tonight April second and come to find out that the March payment was posted on March twentieth of March. It makes me wonder if these people even look at there computers to see when a payment was posted or what they are doing.
There should have been no reason that I got those phone calls when the payment was posted one or two days ahead of the due date. I called the one eight hundred number after I got both phone calls and the payment had not been posted. Really makes you think who is running the credit department of the computers. I am tired of getting credits on all of the late fees each month.
