Prime One Financial Aka Prime One Benefits
Ripoff, credit card scam, deceptive company, slow prossessing, tricked and lied to us

On March 20 I received a call from a very polite man, offering me a credit card with a guaranteed credit limit of $1000,9.9% APR for 3 years, no annual fees, no monthly fees for a processing fee of $187 to be bank drafted on March 24. I was told I should receive the card 20-25 days from the date of the first phone call with cleared funds.

On April 2 I still had not received the card nor had I heard from the company since initial contact. I attempted to go to their website, however was unable to get on their site. Meanwhile, I stumbled across this site with a complaint about the company already filed. I called the phone number I was given, only to be told that I could not speak with the original man even though I had his extension #. I advised the man I would like a refund. He advised me that I would have to wait for my packet to arrive and then I could request a refund. He then told me that it may take another 20-25 days to receive this packet. I questioned the bank issueing the card and was told he could not tell at this time. I advised him of the guarantees made and was told that it is up to the issueing bank. I demanded to speak with a manager and was told he was it, I asked to speak with someone else he first told me that it was not merited. After politely stating I felt it meritted he put me on hold, 5 minutes later into the long distance call he pick up the phone and hung up. I called back immediately I was given the same run around.

I intend to continue to call every day until I get some attention, and my money back. I am anxiously awaiting this phantom packet so that I can play by their rules and request a refund. I was told I have 30 day from the receipt date of the packet to request a refund, but somehow I know that was a lie as well. I am probably chasing my tail, but at this point I know nothing else to do.

Beware of this company and all their imaginary promises!
