Was contacted by Prime One in Nov. 2002. We wanted to get our credit rebuilt and went for the bait. Received in mail a credit rebuilding guideline brochure and some other worthless b.S.
They deducted $187 from bank account with promise of Classic Mastercard in 6 weeks $1000 limit 10% interest and ect. My wife called their customer service # in Dec, Jan, Feb, March and put on hold 20-40 minutes and same B.S. The card is in the mail.
However that phone # is in Canada $10 a phone call I called on April 22 pretty hot and demanded my money or the card. They (Melanie) reprocessed my credit app and I got letter mailed May 23 stating I would be contacted by a bank in 10-14 business days.
Well today is 16 business days and I went to the local police dept to file interstate mail fraud charges. I live in AZ and have had enough.
