Dishonest ripoff business from hell SEATTLE

I got a notice that they were cancelling my credit privlegesas of March 11 and that i could no longer use my Speigel-Newport News-EddieB cards anymore...

So did my payments go towards my outstanding balance? They also TRIED to rip off my mother with their crazy late fees so she closed her acct...

I regret doing any business with this company.
