First Consumers National Bank
Registering untrue negative entry on my credit report/file, I have never dealt with this Company, ripoff

First Consumers National Bank, a Company that I had not heard of before July 21, has seen fit to register a untrue negative entry on my credit report/file. I have never in my life had any dealings with them. I have tried to contact First Consumers National Bank via telephone... I was left on hold for 5 hours. I have tried to contact First Consumers National Bank via certified mai, w / return receipt, no response.

I have since tried to have the negative entry removed from my crredit report, both Equifax and Experian credit reporting bureaus have removed the remarks as they are untrue and un-validated/verifiable. Trans Union (giant run around) will not remove the negative entry from their data base.

I have done some research about this First Consumers National Bank, Hicksville New York... Apparently they are quite the scum bag out fit... Ripping off people who had recently had a bankruptcy by providing them with credit cards with near criminal apr 29% and such... Charging late fees and then adding an over the limit fee on top of the late fee, when in fact First Consumers National Bank posts the card holder's monthly payment (that was sent on time and cleared the card holders bank account before the due date) late.

Again, I have never had any account (s) with First Consumers National Bank, but I did have a Bankruptcy in 2001. Makes you wonder if these dirt bags have targeted mre for a little shake down... Say $1200.00 worth of shake down... Apparently First Consumers National Bank is now belly-up (bankrupt and out of biz) from what I read on the internwet this First Consumers National Bank has been F#@king a lot of people over lets do something to make it stop!!
