ACS Manager Steven & Universal Financial
I faxed inital app. To Steven, then sent $70 & more forms to be sent on to Universal Financial to be preapproved for a loan. I then sent a membership fee of $55 to start the approval process., Kentucky

I get a letter saying Fax or mail today for a personal loan or debt consolidation. If you have not so perfect credit this is the place that can help you. I talked w / manager Steven & he said we were in good shape & see no problem with getting the loan. I pay a "finder's fee" to Steven of $70 he then mails me the paperwork for Universal Financial who will start the loan process. I fill out this paperwork & send $55 for membership to them. Every form says you will get a refund if the loan is not approved.

Once they have your money they don't answer or return your calls. I am just sick because according to Steve this would be no problem & I depended on it to catch up my mortage & am now in big trouble! Beware & don't send anymoney to this creep!
