Progressive Business Answeris customer support abilities are terrible, which is confirmed from the proven fact that their workers aren't permitted to provide their names (not really their first titles) upon request. Alternatively, they make reference to themselves by division, like “IMS Client Service” and “IMS Underwriting” aka “Underwriting Department”.

After I chose to select another company, I requested IMS to remove my software, including sensitive data, like my banking account and routing number, and my social protection number, etc. They flat out declined and were really, very rude about this, also. This isn't an isolated situation.
