Merchant Services is a fraudulant, deceptive & ripp-off Credit Card Processor!
This Company rips off their merchants by charging absorbant fees & percentages for credit card transactions processed!
Merchant Solutions also finds ways do delay a Merchant's funding to their bank account upto 21 days & also charge the merchant the processing fees!
They accuse the merchant for committing fraud! In reality, the Merchant has a new person who accidently enters a Card twice, then the merchant issues a credit to the customer.
Merchant Solutions calls the Merchant & requests the copies of the invoices & slips for the transaction. The merchant sends them the requested ducumentation.
Merchant Solutions then states "Fraud Investigation'! The merchant is screwed out of their money fo up to 21 days! Meanwhile, the customer's Visa Card has been billed!
The Merchant's customer has the merchandise, Innovative merchant Solutions has the merchant's funds, & the merchant is charged all of the Processing fees associated with the transaction, but merchant has nu funding to theyr bank account!
When the merchant tries to contact Innovative Merchant Solutiuons, the Merchant is given the run-around!
Merchant Solutions is open @ 12: P.M. Est. Because they are in CA. A supervisor is never available! They never return your calls. Nobody knows nothing, but they are aware that they do have you money, bu they do not know when it gets funded.
Merchant Solutions screwed our company Dave's Fleet Service, Inc. Out of $3,756.00! The software locked up on the computer when we ran a Government Credit Card.
Our clerk re-started the porgram. The transaction did not process according to the rpeort on the Innovative merchant Solutions software. The card war ran again & the transaction processed without a hitch.
Two Days later, Our office was contacted @ 4:55 P.M. Est.By Innovative merchant Solutions requesting copies of the invoice & advisin us that we ran a transaction twice for the same amount. We then issued a credit to the customer's card. Now 2 weeks later we do not have our funds in the bank, but we were charged a percentage & a transaction fee for each transaction plus the fees for the Credit issued!
If they know is is an honest mistake, then why are they still holding our funds & charged us these fees? Because they are rip-offs.
Our Company Attorney advised us that Innovative Merchant Solutoions has been introuble for this kind of action before.
They deliberately creat fraud situations so that they can tie up the funding for their won profitable gains, even though the merchant is charged the fees anyway!
This also constitutes certain Anti-Trust Violations as well! Since our customer just so happened to be the Department of Defence, Innovative merchant Solutions commited fraud against the Government.
The Governments Credit card was billed by Innovative Merchant Solutions, but Dave's Fleet Service, Inc. Has not been paid.
I hope our Company Attorney can shut these clowns down!
I do know that other processors do not adhere to these deceptive & fraudualant practices.
