Princmill Enterprise Trust, Lindell Ritzie, Tramaco Jones And Kelvin Bailey
The Jesus Hustlers of North Carolina via Trenton, New Jersey

Why do I call this post The Jesus Hustlers? Because these folks used Jesus, God, the Bible, prayer and every other religious platitude to get my money. Are you offended? Does this seem vulgar, gross or sacreligious? Are you hurt and outraged by this title? Good. Now you know how I've felt since November 1st. Scams are vulgar, gross and sacreligious. People are hurt and outraged by scams, not only people, but their families and friends and their entire lives.

I was hoping against hope that I could come here today with good news. That I could say, hey everyone, I can breathe again. I got my money. They didn't scam me. This wasn't a real estate Ponzi scheme. These people are not like Bernard Madoff. They provided me with verifiable information that I and my attorney can confirm so that I can stop having sleepless nights and pay my bills. There really is a bank. I actually spoke to the bank! I know they were mysterious about where my money went. I know it seems strange that the dates keep changing every two weeks and no one has a physical address and that they appeared to move from Trenton, New Jersey to Charlotte, NC or thereabouts after they received my money, but hey, they came through. Praise God! But I can't.

If you remember from the last post, my friends took bets on what excuse these folks would use to explain why they could not provide our funds by the eighth deadline, January 30th. Drumroll, please... Dah, dah, dah, dah... Number one won! Yes, they actually went to each investor and had the nerve to tell us that it was my fault. That if I hadn't written the first post on December 19th on usacomplaints.com, that we would have our money by now. Now keep in mind, if you remember they came to us on January 13th and said the all mysterious "bank" that no one knows the name of, including the spokesperson, Kelvin Bailey, told them that they had cleared the Princmill Enterprise Trust's name, that my post did not harm their ability to receive funding for this mysterious real estate deal, and that all of the investors would receive their principal back and their promised interest first thing in the morning on January 30th.

Well, now the reason for the delay is that right as the bank attempted to put the money in Princmill Enterprises' account, "something" physically? Technologically? Systemically? Prevented the bank from doing so. According to my phone conversation with Kelvin Bailey, the front man, my December 19th post "tainted" their account. So now, TJ (Tramaco Jones) has to fly to New York to open a new account. See, he has to go New York because he has a friend there he trusts who will help him.

Hmmm... Then, he will FLY back to North Carolina to SEE IF the bank will then allow them to receive these funds that they signed the papers for December 19th. Yeah. But it gets better. Then, on Wednesday, February 4th I and the other investors will get back our initial investment only (say what?!) and then 7-10 days later we will all get our promised, contracted and signed and notarized interest. Oh, but I forgot. Out of all the investors in THREE STATES, I'm the only one who has a contract because, according to Kelvin, I'm the only one who did not HAVE FAITH, trust and believe and stupidly hand over thousands of dollars in a business transaction without a contract or a leg to stand on. Okay.

I told Kelvin that what he explained to me sounded like complete, illogical gibberish. He had the nerve to get offended. When I asked Kelvin if that explanation made sense to him, his only response was, "I'm just telling you what Lindell told me. I just want you to get your money." Whenever I ask him a reasonable, sane man's question, this is the response I get from him. "Kelvin, didn't you say January 13th that everything was clear?" Silence.

"Kelvin, why can't they open an account in North Carolina?" Silence. "Why am I only gettng back my initial investment?" Silence. "Am I really going to get my money back Wednesday or is this another lie?" Silence. Blankness. Nothingness. My last words to him: "I want to see you, TJ and Lindell in prison with Bernard Madoff. And I will if it's the last thing I do."

Before I made this last dramatic statement, I demanded to speak to Lindell and TJ. Kelvin called back and stated, "Because you have an attorney, they don't want to talk to you without an attorney." "Kelvin, I've always had an attorney. What's the difference now?" Silence. Blankness.

When the December 19th deadline passed without my funds I asked Kelvin to go see if there really was a mall. His response?"I can't do that." Okay. Then go to TJ and Lindell's houses. "I don't know where they live." You mean to tell me you've been doing business with these folks for how many years and you don't know where they live?" Silence. Well, call them and ask if you can come to their homes. "I can't do that." Kelvin, do you know the name of the bank? Have you been to the bank? Have you spoken to anyone? The answers were no. Only on January 7th did I get that the bank we were dealing with was The Bank of the Netherlands. What? They said I could call to verify. When I asked for the phone number, he declined to give it to me. Okay.

I called TJ and Lindell yesterday a minimum of 3 or 4 times each. Neither one would pick up their phones. So here we go. Now the scam has been revealed. We all know by the time someone who has taken your money stops talking to you it is because they can't answer your questions. They can't make up another lie that you will stomach. Basically, they've been caught and can't face the music. Today, I called each one of them and left long voicemails demanding my money, principal and interest and a face to face conversation.

I let them know that I'm coming to North Carolina on Monday to speak to the FBI in person again with updates, going to file my fraud report with the financial crimes unit in Charlotte, and visiting as many churches as I can to warn them against these folks. I'm also speaking with all of the local news stations in the area as well as Raleigh, Wilmington and Durham. I extended an olive branch and requested a face to face meeting via voicemail before I see the FBI again. No response. I will get my money. I just hope I get it before they go to prison.

Isn't it amazing? These folks called me "The Angel Sent from God" because no one else would give them the amont of money I gave them. Every time we met by phone, they would read a scripture or pray. Yep. They called the others unbelievers who would miss out on God's blessing. They were going to do great things for God because my money made it possible to seal the deal. And now I don't even get the respect of a phone call with a little simple truth.

These folks have MY MONEY and I have lost my car, home, lifestyle and so much more because of their deception. Additionally, I suffer intense depression and anxiety over what my future holds because of their lies. My friends and family are suffering terribly. This is what scams do. They are horrible, horrible vehicles of destruction. The financial repercussions for me because of what they have done will go on for years unless they get some morality and a conscience and produce my funds.

I have more to write about the other people I have discovered who are part of this scam. I also have to update you on the criminal investigations. But I'm tired now. I'll write more next time. Maybe there will be some good news to report.
