Tonight is Sunday, February 22nd, and there is still no money in my account. Thursday, February 19th I received two voicemails from T.J. Telling me that my funds would be transferred into my account and that I would definitely receive my money On February 20th. On February 20th, TJ changed that story and stated that I and two other investors would receive our funds either Friday, next Tuesday or NEXT Friday. Apparently, it is now up to the bank to decide who will get their money first. Right.
My investigator just called me after speaking with TJ. Now the story has changed again. Now, two investors will get their funds on Tuesday and one on Friday. But he "can't control what the bank does." I can already hear him setting me up for the next excuse. Still no word from Kelvin and Lindell who are hiding behind fake attorneys. The one bright spot in this menagerie of crap is Investor A.C.L. Ellison has stepped up to the plate and paid him back the $20,000 that he received from him.investor A called me and stated that C.L. Was "square with him now." I was very happy to hear that.
Even though I do not believe that C.L. Is completely clean in this, I do believe that because he solicited an ethical and straight-shooting attorney, he is trying to do the right thing now. That sort of reparation goes a long way in my book. Perhaps if he continues to do the right thing, we will find out why I have a signed contract with his name on it in relation to this phony real estate deal. All in due time...
In the meanwhile, I copied the email I sent to TJ, Kelvin and Lindell this Saturday after Friday came and went with no funds put back in my account...
TJ, Lindell Kelvin,
All of you have contacted various investors and relayed contradicting information about our now eleventh payout date. TJ stated one of three of the investors would receive their funds on the 20th, a second on Tuesday and a third next Friday. Lindell told Bishop Adams we would receive our funds this past Friday or Monday. Kelvin is walking around and pretending he has an attorney that no one has seen or heard from, thus rendering him speechless when you call to ask him a question about the whereabouts of the money he stole. No one has received anything.
Let me remind you of the financial devastation you have caused all of us. One of the investors has to ask family members for help with his mortgage. I have to declare bankruptcy in the month of March. Another investor has stated he will have to do the same thing because the loans that you obtained illegally in his name, TJ, are all overdue. You promised to correct the damage those illegal loans have caused him, but to date you have failed to perform.
None of us were in these circumstances until you approached us. Our lives were intact and financially solvent. But true to form for con men, you don't care. The mercenary manner in which you have stolen our funds for your Ponzi scheme indicate your lack of conscience and completely amoral characters combined with religious delusions of spirituality. Reading your Bible and having fake prayer meetings don't erase your crimes. They simply make you more despicable.
Additionally, I discovered from C.L. Ellison and his attorney that you called another scammed investor and "warned" him not to speak with me. This is strange behavior coming from you. Why would you need to tell him not to speak to me? What else have you lied about? That's okay. I mailed him a complete package of what has transpired. I'm sure either the investor or his secretary will read the information.
One more thing, it's funny that once I revealed the truth to all of the investors about your phony scheme that now all of you have decided to simply ignore the fact that you have been lying to us all this time and now it is C.L.'s fault? That is simply delusional. Let's get this clear: All of you are responsible. Kelvin is responsible for securing investors for this phony scheme. Lindell is responsible for taking our money and pretending that he was having conversations with imaginary banks and signing imaginary papers to purchase a mall.
And TJ is responsible for masterminding the whole thing. C.L. Is smart, however. He has an attorney and C.L. Has paid back the money he defrauded from one investor. Too bad I had to light a fire beneath him, but better late than never. I am not going away. I will continue copying the authorities on my verbal and written correspondence to and from you and I will continue calling you and demanding my $80,000 that you stole from me for a phony real estate deal. What all of you have done is illegal.
This is not drama, TJ, as you stated to me on the phone Friday morning. This is holding all of you accountable for the destructive effects of your lies and manipulations. This is not a joke and it is not funny. Now that my investigator has discovered all of your addresses, we will all be in court together very soon and I will not stop until criminal prosecution follows my civil judgment. Hopefully, you will face justice sooner.
It does not matter how many times you pretend amongst yourselves that I'm crazy. We all know that truth. You stole from me as well as other investors and all of you are living off of our money and hoping that I go away. I'm not. It is wrong to pretend to be religious men and steal from people who trusted you. It is wrong for all of you to cower behind phones that don't work or voicemails. Face the music. Be men for a change and figure out how you will for once tell the truth to all of us and give us back our money that you stole.
Again, I am not going away, and I will continue to mobilize the real investors, not the "pretend" ones who I have now discovered are part of your scam, and I will be that strong, direct and proactive force for those who are too overwhelmed and now too broke to act sufficiently against you.
How many times are you going to keep lying? How much longer are you going to carry this out? How many more dates are you going to give us? When were you going to tell the truth before I found out? I'm speaking to all of you. You will see me soon in court and I can't wait for a judge AND a jury to hear your lies and games. This time, you stole from the wrong person.
You should have stopped your Ponzi scheme with the earlier investors. Unlike some people, I don't need "Angels" to tell me if something is real or not and I don't have to have "visions" to figure out if someone is telling the truth. You stole from us in the real world.
